A family-owned landlord in South Florida since 1987.

We buy good buildings, take care of them for decades, and treat tenants the way we'd want to be treated. That's the whole formula.

KEI Properties started with a single office building in North Miami. Today we own and manage just over two million square feet of commercial space — office, flex/warehouse, showroom, and retail — across Miami-Dade and Broward counties.

Every property is owned by the same family that's been signing the leases since day one. We don't flip buildings, we don't sell to REITs, and we don't outsource our maintenance. That stability is why a lot of our tenants have been with us for ten, fifteen, twenty-plus years.
